These two had a different courtship then your typical couple... they met right before Scott left for dental school in California!! A friend of Kathryn's claimed she was quite the match maker (having 6 other marriages that can trace their union back to her!) said that they were her next couple destined for each other!! And she was right!! Thanks to Skype and cheap flights these two were able to make it work despite the geographical difference. Kathryn even said that people in her ward didn't believe that she was really getting married because Scott was some mystery guy they had never met... well these engagements were all the proof she needed! :) I love how easy it was to work with these two... Kathryn is Miss Cache Valley 2008 and so naturally beautiful and Scott is the sweetest guy and so fun! :) He flew in over the weekend and we did their engagements on a Friday and formals down in SLC on Saturday... and we just missed the rain that weekend, whew!! It seems that fate is on their side for good! :)
She went to USU and BYU... he went to BYU... so we had a little fun with that!
Another thing they both have in common is TENNIS! So we decided to incorporate that into their shoot. I love that tennis has a lot of metaphors for LOVE!! :)
