With the 4th of July weekend coming up, what better way to celebrate here then to share this lovely couple's wedding with all of you. Zach proudly serves in the Navy and looked so sharp next to his gorgeous bride! Their wedding was so beautiful (set in the father of the bride's backyard) and non-stop fun. Today was my first home birth and I am still on cloud nine. Jaelyn was so amazing to watch... so calm and in tuned with her body and her baby.

Another favorite from the archives today!! With our bipolar weather we've been having lately it makes me long for warm summer days again. I met Jenny at a bridal fair in SLC. She has such a fun style and I loved hearing about all the personal touches she planned on incorporating into her wedding... including making her own wedding dress! It turned out beautiful and it was so perfect for her.

Ella {Birth Story} Utah Birth Photographer

Two weeks ago, this beautiful baby came into this world. Her sweet mommy labored for over 20 hours and was amazing to witness! I am so happy I was there to share the moment these two became parents after years of trying for such a miracle. Here's a sneak peek of that day. Little Ella is so loved already!

Blocks.

Today after Finley woke up from her nap she was in such a fun mood. She is quite the little character! One of her favorite things to play with are these old wood blocks. Its fun to watch her stack them and turn them over to look at all the sides. I am trying to make a point of relishing in these little moments with my kids. Time is so fleeting and they are growing too quickly. I wanted to remember her cute pigtails and her chubby hands... how much she loves to look out the window and play peek-a-boo. I also want to document more of the everyday and share it on here from time to time.

Milo {Birth Story} Utah Birth Photographe

Every birth is special. I am one of the lucky photographers welcome into these delivery rooms and trusted to capture such an incredible moment in these family's life's. But there is something even more precious when that mama is your little sister, and that baby your adorable nephew! I am so glad Milo wanted his Auntie B to be there for his big debut, because he came just in time for me to document it all and still make it to a wedding that evening! What a great kid already. I know I must be his favorite ;) 

MarGee & Brady {Engagements + Formals + Wedding Day} Utah Wedding Photographer

Looking back at this wedding is making me miss warmer temperatures for sure! It also makes me miss getting to hang out with these two on a regular basis!! MarGee and Brady are such a loving couple and made my job so easy. MarGee is always the first one to tell anyone she knows about us and I love her for it. Here's a peek at all the fun we had together from engagements to their wedding day.

P.S. I shot their wedding 5 days after having Finley and they were the most wonderful couple/family to do that for. They were so kind and thoughtful I am so grateful I got to be there for it all!

2013- Looking back at one amazing year!

What better way to ring in the new year then to look back at some of my favorite moments captured in 2013! Some are tender and sweet and some are down right hilarious! I am forever grateful for this career of mine that allows me to meet the most incredible people and be there for some of the most important days of their life's! Thank you so much to all my clients, family and friends for your continued support. Without you none of this would be possible! Here's to another awesome year in 2014!!!

Now I know there is A LOT but I just had so much fun this past year I wanted to share it all while I was at it. So snuggle up in a warm blanket and enjoy!

I was thrilled that Shannon and Tyson wanted me to capture this fun and busy time in their life's with now TWO little girls! I have done everything from engagements all the way down to this little session and I love it. Its always so fun to have your favorite people come back for all the stages in their life.

Shannon wanted to keep it really simple for their session. When I told her about my new natural studio in my house it was just what she had in mind! I LOVE what we got. This beautiful growing family has so much love for each other and I was so happy to spend the afternoon with them!!

If you are interested in having a session at my home studio, let me know! With it getting colder outside its a perfect alternative. Not to mention a great idea for that special person on your Christmas list! ;)

Kennedy {Class of 2014 Senior Rep} Utah Senior Photographer

Take a look at this gorgeous girl!!! I am so excited to have her be our Class of 2014 Senior Rep!!! She was such a natural in front of the camera and I loved every minute of it. I can't wait to do a couple more shoots with this sweet girl. She is a senior and cheerleader at Logan High School. 

From her stunning green eyes and show-stopping smile, I feel like one lucky photographer to have her be the face of Cascio Photography!

Caroline + Grady {Engagement + Formal + Wedding Day} Utah Wedding Photographer

These two. I just can't say enough amazing things about them!! You may remember them from my inspiration shoot a while back with ONE DRESS THREE WAYS. They were the MOD couple! When they get engaged I was over the moon when they called me to be their photographer. I loved any chance to get them in front of my camera again!

Caroline was my nanny last summer and totally saved my life during my busy season. It was such a great way to get to know her and Grady more! Their wedding was so timeless and beautiful! Caroline has such great taste and it resonates in every detail. 

Now she is a high school teacher, they just bought their first house and have a cute little puppy named Rosie. Married life if great :)

Hey blog world! Its been far too long!! I don't know about you, but this year is just FLYING by for me. I know I do this type of post too often, but I can't help but share a little of everything with my couples.
